Order processing and delivery

I use a fine art printing studio in the United States and orders ship directly from there. The order processing time (before it ships) is normally 3-5 business days. After it ships you will receive an email with tracking info.

– Shipping time within the United States: 3-6 business days (on average)

– Shipping time internationally: 2-5 weeks (please note international shipping may take longer if packages are held by customs. Let me know if your order has not arrived within 5 weeks)

As a seller I am not responsible for any customs tax or duty charged by your government on imported goods.

Payment

Payments are accepted securely via PayPal. You can pay with your credit card directly, without creating an account.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (provided that the prints are in their original condition and unused). Buyers will be responsible for the cost to ship an unwanted order back to my printing studio in the United States.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your purchase. I will always do my best to solve any issues!

– Please note that colors and contrast may vary on different monitors, so the art print may not match your monitor’s display exactly.
